Still No Pics

I apologize--I am such a picture taker and not being able to share any of them with you is about to drive me bonkers.  Patience Chrisy, patience.  I bought a new card reader and my photos will still not download so if you have any suggestions, advice or comments on this matter, please help a sista out!  So for now, you will have to settle for the goods I find on other blogs (they're much better anyway).  I love these sweater Christmas Trees from here! A Crafty Christmas

The Macon County Arts Council will be hosting their first "Crafty Christmas" tonight at 6:30 at the Macon County Chamber of Commerce.  Local Artisans will be selling their handmade goods for $10 and under.  Come on out and find yourself some unique, one of a kind handmade goods for that special person who has it all. 

Good morning friends!  I am 35 today--Happy Birthday to me.  I am not one of those who dreads getting older--I am thankful God has blessed me with another year on this earth.  It is interesting, I don't fear death....but I do fear getting old and not being able to use my hands to create.  What are your fears? Oh by the way, I am thankful for these three turkeys and I hope you have much to be thankful for as well.  Happy Thanksgiving.

Dreamin of Weenies

So, I went shopping today on Black Friday--i actually think it's a first. I am no shopper--I get overwhelmed really easy and find it much more relaxing when there aren't so many choices--like Goodwill, where you can just, sorta, sift. That is a much more relaxing experience for me. My sister, who has been in from England since last Friday, and my dear friend Delanie went with me. I must admit, we had a wonderful day. There is a picture I took of a sign that I want to post but it will have to wait til another day--my care reader is still under the weather--It said, "I am dreaming of a weenie."It's not what you are thinking , I promise. Prolly not a sign you would see hanging in my bedroom though. lol. I will have pics soon, pinky promise. Thanks for reading! Hugs--kiss the ones you love (and the ones you don't.)

New Beginnings

Well, sooo, i have debated this route for a while so I have decided to give it a shot. I definitely don't enjoy writing but I do love documenting what's going on in my life, so here's my outlet. I hope to get better with time, so just bare with me as i try and figure all this out.
